End User License Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the QuickBooks Online Integration for Odoo ("Service") provided by Apollo Cybersystems LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides integration between your Odoo ERP system and QuickBooks Online, enabling synchronization of customers, invoices, and payment data.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your QuickBooks and Odoo credentials
  • Ensuring data accuracy before synchronization
  • Reviewing synced data for correctness
  • Compliance with applicable accounting regulations

4. Data Handling

The Service processes business data including customer information, invoice details, and payment records. Data is transmitted securely using OAuth 2.0 and HTTPS encryption.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. APOLLO CYBERSYSTEMS LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL APOLLO CYBERSYSTEMS LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.
